Corrected procedure codes for gender-based violence grants

The Official Gazette of Aragon publishes this Monday, August 31, 2026, in issue number 168, two corrections of errors that rectify the procedure codes for the grant calls of the Aragonese Institute for Women. The decision, adopted by the Vice Presidency of the Government and Department of Presidency, Justice, Culture and Sport, corrects the numbers that entities must enter into the procedure search engine of the Electronic Office to submit their applications.
The corrections affect two orders originally published in the Official Gazette of Aragon number 166, of August 27, 2026, and are processed in accordance with article 109.2 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
Two corrected orders
The first correction, with reference BOA20260831007, affects Order PJC/1257/2026, of August 13, which calls for grants for non-profit entities for the prevention, awareness, and eradication of gender-based violence. In section seven.3, first paragraph, the procedure code changes from 4432 to 11762.
The second, with reference BOA20260831008, affects Order PJC/1258/2026, of August 14, which calls for grants for entities formed by women. In the same section, the procedure code is replaced from 3670 to 11763.
How to submit the application
In both cases, the corrected text maintains the submission procedure, which must be carried out electronically through the Electronic Office of the Public Administration of the Autonomous Community of Aragon (https://www.aragon.es/tramites). Entities must:
- Enter the corresponding code number for each call into the procedure search engine.
- Access the current call.
- Automatically direct the application to the Aragonese Institute for Women.
Relevance for entities
The correction is essential so that non-profit entities and women’s entities can correctly locate and submit their applications within the call’s deadline. An incorrect code would have prevented access to the correct procedure in the Electronic Office search engine, with the consequent risk of exclusion from the aid. With the rectification, the Government of Aragon ensures that applicants access the current call and that their requests reach the competent body.
