The publication is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Decree 32/2023, of April 5, which regulates the Registry of Civil Protection Plans of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura and the structure, minimum content, approval regime, maintenance, and implementation of said planning instruments. The Plan had previously received a favorable report from the Permanent Civil Protection Commission of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, a prerequisite required for the competent local body to finalize its approval.
Definitive Unanimous Approval
The City Council of Cordobilla de Lácara held an extraordinary plenary session on September 29, 2026, in which the matter was resolved without votes against or abstentions among the members present. The plenary agreement is definitive, which closes the municipal processing of the planning instrument.
With this decision, the municipality provides formal coverage for its Municipal Action Plan for Flood Risk, a local-level civil protection instrument. The approved text is incorporated into the municipal file and is sent for publication for general knowledge and appropriate purposes.
Favorable Report and Regulatory Alignment
The endorsement of the Permanent Civil Protection Commission of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura constitutes the prior technical validation of the Plan. This favorable report is the step that enables the local authority or body to proceed with the definitive approval of the document.
The applicable framework is Decree 32/2023, of April 5, which organizes the Registry of Civil Protection Plans of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura and sets the requirements for structure, minimum content, approval, maintenance, and implementation of these instruments. The publication in the provincial gazette responds precisely to that regulatory mandate.
