Por FactBox Admin

The Maritime and Commercial Court’s bankruptcy division (Sø- og Handelsrettens skifteret) placed the Copenhagen holding company Ziphnor Holding ApS into bankruptcy by decree of 11 September 2026, following a petition received on 10 September 2026 from the company’s liquidator. The decision is published in the bankruptcy-estates section of Statstidende of 15 September 2026 under notice S11092026-86. Creditors now have four weeks to file their claims with the appointed trustee.
The bankruptcy order
The decree was issued under case number K 1805/26-K and covers Ziphnor Holding ApS, registered under CVR number 45133494 at Vestervang 67, 2500 Valby. The company was taken into bankruptcy proceedings on the basis of a petition lodged by its liquidator, a route that typically follows a decision that the company cannot continue to meet its obligations.
