Copenhagen court bankrupts two Hellerup Nordland companies after failed reconstructions
Por FactBox Admin

The Sø- og Handelsrettens skifteret declared Vich 12.208 ApS and Holdingselskabet 28. januar ApS bankrupt by decree of 23 October 2026, each on the basis of a reconstruction that had ceased. Both companies are registered at Helleruplund Alle 16 in Hellerup, both previously carried the Nordland name, and both now have advokat Morten Bøgenskjold of Roskilde as trustee. The decrees were signed on 26 October 2026 and announced in Statstidende of 26 October 2026 in the bankruptcy section, under references S26102026-70 and S26102026-61.
The issuing body is the bankruptcy division of the Sø- og Handelsretten, Denmark’s Maritime and Commercial Court in Copenhagen, which handles the insolvency cases of the capital region. Neither decree orders a meeting to elect a trustee or to appoint a creditors’ committee, meaning the appointments stand as made by the court unless a creditor formally requests otherwise. The two rulings are published on the same day, at the same address, with the same trustee, and the former names show the pair as the property and holding vehicles of one Nordland structure.
Two debtors, one address
- Vich 12.208 ApS, CVR-nr. 31773261, Helleruplund Alle 16, 2900 Hellerup, formerly Nordland Estate ApS, case no. K 1610/26-D.
- Holdingselskabet 28. januar ApS, CVR-nr. 33084935, Helleruplund Alle 16, 2900 Hellerup, formerly Nordland Holding Group ApS, case no. K 1018/26-D.
- Trustee in both estates: advokat Morten Bøgenskjold, Algade 5, 2., 4000 Roskilde.
The petitions set out in the decrees show how long the cases had been running. In Vich 12.208 ApS the bankruptcy petition was received on 17 August 2026, more than a month before the reconstruction application of 18 September 2026. In Holdingselskabet 28. januar ApS the bankruptcy petition was received on 11 May 2026 and the reconstruction application on 16 September 2026. In both cases the court records that the bankruptcy was opened on the basis of a reconstruction that had ceased.
Four weeks to file claims
- Any creditor or other claimant must notify the claim to the estate’s trustee within four weeks of the announcement, calculated as at the bankruptcy date.
- The notification should include documentary evidence of the claim.
- Claims already submitted during the preceding reconstruction will be considered without a fresh filing, but any interest must be recalculated as at the bankruptcy date and filed.
- A creditor who wants a meeting on the choice of trustee or the appointment of a creditors’ committee must make a written request to the Sø- og Handelsrettens skifteret, Amaliegade 35, 2. sal, 1256 København K, within three weeks of the announcement.
A reconstruction that ran out of road
Vich 12.208 ApS entered reconstruction before the same court on 22 September 2026 at 10.00, registered under SKS no. R 29/26-B. The creditors were then summoned to an adjourned meeting in Amaliegade 35 for 30 October 2026 at 10.00 to discuss a proposed reconstruction plan. The decree of 23 October intervened before that date. The September notice gave the company’s address as Osvejen 15A, 4480 Store Fuglede; the bankruptcy decree lists Helleruplund Alle 16, the same address as the holding company.
For readers, the pair of decrees marks the formal end of the reconstruction route for the two Nordland companies and the start of the creditors’ process. Tenants, suppliers and other counterparties dealing with either company now have a fixed four-week window to put their claims to Morten Bøgenskjold, and any creditor who wants a say in how the estates are administered must act within three weeks. The rulings also fix the bankruptcy date as the reference point for computing every claim, including interest that accrued during the reconstruction.
