Call for applications for the Head of Transport Training via free appointment

The Regional Ministry of Mobility, Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence of the Junta de Castilla y León has published Order MTD/804/2026, dated August 6, announcing the public call to fill, through the system of free appointment, the position of Head of the Training and Promotion Service of the Directorate General of Transport and Logistics. The call appears in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León number 165, dated August 26, 2026, and is signed by the regional minister Cristina Sanchidrián Blázquez.

The position, with job relationship code 771767, is based in Valladolid and is reserved for civil servants, who will have a period of fifteen business days from the day following the publication of the order to submit their applications.

Regulatory Framework

The call is based on Article 48.2 b) of Law 7/2005, of May 24, on the Civil Service of Castilla y León, which regulates the filling of positions by free appointment via public call, a procedure developed in Article 61 of Decree 67/1999, of April 15, which approves the General Regulations for the admission of personnel and the filling of job positions for civil servants of the regional administration.

Article 26.1 g) of Law 3/2001, of July 3, on the Government and Administration of the Community, grants regional ministers the authority to appoint and dismiss the holders of free appointment positions functionally dependent on their department.

Submission of Applications

Applications may be submitted at the Registry of the Regional Ministry, at Rigoberto Cortejoso St. no. 14, 47014-Valladolid, or in accordance with Article 16 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure.

The application must be accompanied by a curriculum vitae including academic qualifications, positions held in Public Administrations, and other merits. The announced position may be declared vacant, and against the order, which ends the administrative route, a contentious-administrative appeal may be filed within two months or, optionally, a request for reversal within one month.
