Expropriations called for in Montilla and Cabra for the Cabra 2 power line

The Territorial Delegation of Economy, Finance and European Funds and of University, Industry, Energy and Innovation of Córdoba has called for the drawing up of records prior to the urgent occupation of estates in Montilla and Cabra for the renovation of the medium-voltage overhead line (LAMT) “Cabra 2”. The announcement, signed on September 17, 2026, by the territorial delegate Agustín López Ortiz, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba on October 5, 2026 (reference BOP-A-2026-3207). The entity Edistribución Redes Digitales SLU acts as the beneficiary of the expropriation proceedings.

The call stems from the Resolution of the Territorial Delegation of July 14, 2026, which declared the public utility of the renovation project for the 25 kV LAMT “Cabra 2” between PT 42828 and support A531670, within the municipal boundaries of Montilla and Cabra. This declaration implies the need for the occupation of the affected assets and rights and entails urgent occupation under Article 52 of the Compulsory Expropriation Law of December 16, 1954, and Article 56 of its Regulations, approved by Decree of April 26, 1957. The file is processed under number AT 114/74.

The act will be held at the town halls of both municipalities as the meeting point, in accordance with the individualized list of owners accompanying the announcement. If, due to force majeure, the drawing up of the prior record cannot be carried out, it is understood that it will take place on the following business day, at the same time.

Dates and places of appearance

• Montilla: October 20, 2026, at the Montilla Town Hall, with staggered appointments between 09:30 and 12:30 hours.
• Cabra: October 22, 2026, at the Cabra Town Hall, starting from 09:30 hours.

Affected estates and owners

The annex lists plots from polygons 19 and 20 of Montilla and polygons 1 and 2 of Cabra, identified by cadastral references such as 14042A019001760000EE, 14042A019002040000EI, or 14013A002001520000GX.

• In Montilla, private owners with DNI 75669647S, 80112512Q, 30727459B, 30756600B, and 75678683N are listed, in addition to the Montilla Town Hall and entities with CIF Q4117001J, S4111001F, and A14004691.
• In Cabra, owners with DNI 30779115D, 30778911N, 30056484S, and 30056525X appear, along with the Cabra Town Hall and entities with CIF P1401300G and Q4117001J.
• Publicly owned plots do not have an assigned appointment time in the published list.

Documentation required from interested parties

• Documents proving ownership (land registry certificate and public deed) and the most recent Property Tax (IBI) receipt.
• Original and photocopy of the DNI/NIE or passport; in the case of legal entities, a copy of the deed of incorporation and documentation accrediting the legal representative or proxy.
• In the event of the owner’s death, the heirs must provide the will, certificate of last wills, and the notary act of declaration of heirs.
• Those unable to attend may be represented by another person via a signed letter of proxy, accompanied by the IDs of both parties.

Allegations and announcement publicity

Owners and other titleholders may submit to the Territorial Delegation, until the time the preliminary record is drawn up, as many allegations as they deem appropriate to correct possible errors in the list of assets, as well as examine the file containing the characteristics of the plots and the details of the assets subject to expropriation.

The announcement will be communicated to the interested parties via individual summons and will be published in the BOE, the BOJA, the BOP of Córdoba, and two of the highest circulation newspapers in the province, in addition to the official notice board of the town halls of Montilla and Cabra, which shall serve as notification to unknown interested parties or those with an unknown address in accordance with Article 44 of Law 39/2015.

The call opens the urgent expropriation process for the owners of the plots affected by the reform of the “Cabra 2” line, who must appear on the fixed dates or, failing that, appoint a representative and gather the required documentation to avoid losing their rights in the procedure.
