Call for payment of the fair price for the Las Majas VII A wind farm

The Provincial Service of Zaragoza, under the Department of Economy, Competitiveness and Employment, has called for the drawing up of payment records for the fair price to the owners affected by the Las Majas VII A wind farm, 49.4 MW, located in Aguilón, Azuara, Fuendetodos, and Herrera de los Navarros. The resolution, signed on October 5, 2026, by the director of the provincial service, Ana Elena Romero Aznar, is published in the Official Gazette of Aragon number 206, dated October 23, 2026, with the official reference BOA20261023028. The payment acts will be held on November 25 and 26, 2026.

The call takes place once the properties have been occupied and the fair price resolutions have been issued by the Provincial Jury of Compulsory Expropriation, in accordance with Article 48 of the Law of December 16, 1954, on compulsory expropriation and Articles 48, 49, and 50 of its Regulations, approved by Decree of April 26, 1957.

The public utility of the installation was declared by Order EIE/572/2019, of May 21, which also imposed urgent occupation under Article 52 of the same law. The wind farm is promoted by the company Desarrollo Eólico Las Majas VII, SL and is processed under file DUP-Z-2021-0088 // G-EO-Z-059-2017. On the same day, the gazette publishes another parallel resolution for the Las Majas VII B wind farm, with appointments on November 26 at the Town Hall of Herrera de los Navarros.

Twenty-two appointments spread over two days

The annex of the resolution details 22 individual calls, ordered by day, time, DNI or CIF of the holder, polygon, plot, and municipality. All listed properties belong to Aguilón and Herrera de los Navarros:

• November 25, from 10:00 to 10:30: three appointments for plots in polygons 11 and 18 of Aguilón.
• November 25, from 11:30 to 13:45: twelve appointments for plots in polygons 4, 5, 16, 32, and 33 of Herrera de los Navarros.
• November 26, from 10:00 to 12:00: seven appointments for plots in polygons 4, 33, and 48 of Herrera de los Navarros.

Several holders accumulate multiple plots in the same time slot: this is the case for plots 162, 353, and 292 of polygons 32 and 33, and plots 577, 579, 592, and 597 of polygon 48. One of the appointments on November 26, corresponding to plot 402 of polygon 33, appears without an identified DNI in the announcement.

Requirements for collection

Interested parties must attend the act duly accredited and meet these conditions:

• Present the ID (DNI); representation is not permitted except by means of an authorized power of attorney.
• Provide documentation proving ownership of the affected asset or right as of the current date.
• If changes in ownership have occurred, submit the documentation proving them.
• Indicate the bank account number (IBAN) in your name so that the corresponding amount can be paid.

Consignment in case of non-appearance

If the interested party does not appear, or if the payment cannot be made due to an ownership issue or other impediment, the amount will be consigned to the General Deposit Fund of the Government of Aragon. The announcement will be published in the Official Gazette of Aragon, displayed on the notice boards of the affected town halls, and notified to the interested parties.

The appointment affects owners of rural land in four municipalities of the Campo de Belchite and Cinco Villas regions, who must prove their status as owners to collect the fair price fixed by the Provincial Jury. This procedure closes the expropriation phase of the wind farm and opens the actual period for the payment of compensations, with consignment in public deposits as a guarantee when payment cannot be completed.
