Consuegra cedes land to SESCAM for the new Health Center

The Plenary of the Consuegra City Council initially approved, in a session held on August 31, 2026, the file for the free transfer of a real estate asset of a patrimonial nature in favor of the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha, for the purpose of the construction and operation of the new Consuegra Health Center. A 3,910 square meter plot for the future health center

In accordance with the provisions of Article 83 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, in relation to Article 110.1.f) of the Regulations on Assets of Local Entities, approved by Royal Decree 1372/1986, of June 13, the file is subject to public consultation for a period of twenty (20) business days.
This period is calculated starting from the day following the publication of the announcement in the Official Gazette of the province of Toledo. During this period, interested parties may examine the file and submit any allegations, claims, or suggestions they deem appropriate.
