Madrid — The Commercial Section of the Court of First Instance of Madrid (Plaza nº 1) has declared Bodegas Gallego Laporte World Wines SLU, with CIF B-82613571, in voluntary bankruptcy proceedings, by means of a final order dated June 3, 2026. The resolution is published in the Official Gazette of the Mercantile Registry (BORME) no. 197, of October 13, 2026, with the official reference BORME-A-2026-197-45, within bankruptcy proceeding 351/2026. The announcement is inserted in the First Section (Entrepreneurs, registered acts) under the Toledo heading.
