Public tender to rent a property in Xinzo de Limia

The Ministry of Finance and Public Administration of the Xunta de Galicia announces a public tender for the lease of a property in the urban center of Xinzo de Limia, to be used as the premises for Forestry District XV and the Rural Office. The tender is published in the Official Gazette of Galicia number 170, dated September 8, 2026, through the Resolution of July 28, 2026.
The contract, with a duration of ten years, seeks a property with a total built area between 400 and 600 m². The base budget for the tender is set at 5 euros per square meter per month, plus VAT. Object and purpose
The object of the contract is the lease of a property in the urban center of Xinzo de Limia, under the conditions provided in the specifications. Submission of bids and opening
Bids shall be submitted to the General Registry of the Xunta de Galicia (Edificio Administrativo San Caetano, s/n, 15781 Santiago de Compostela) or at any of the places provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1. The submission period is twenty calendar days starting from the day following the publication of the announcement in the Official Gazette of Galicia.
In the event that bids are submitted elsewhere, a notification must be sent on the same day to the General Sub-directorate of Heritage at the indicated email address, including the submission reference and location. If this communication is not received, the bids will not be admitted.
The opening of bids will take place on October 19, 2026, at 10:00 AM, in the meeting room of the administrative building of the Xunta de Galicia at rúa A Pastoriza, 8, Santiago de Compostela. The resolution is signed by José María Barreiro Díaz, Director General of Administrative Simplification and Heritage, by delegation of the Minister of Finance and Public Administration.
