Public tender to acquire a property in Nava de la Asunción

The Governing Board of the Provincial Council of Segovia, in its ordinary session on August 11, 2026, approved the file, the technical specifications and administrative conditions, and the expenditure of 90,820 euros for the acquisition through public tender of an urban real estate property in the municipality of Nava de la Asunción, adjacent to the “La Alameda” Residence. The agreement is recorded in the extract published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Segovia, number 100, dated August 21, 2026.

The session was presided over by the Honorable Mr. Miguel Ángel de Vicente Martín, as President of the Corporation, with the attendance of all members of the Board, the Deputy Secretary, and the Deputy Comptroller. The agreements were adopted unanimously by those present, by virtue of the powers delegated by Presidency Decree No. 4449, of July 18, 2023.

Object and scope of the tender

The agreement authorizes the acquisition of an urban property located next to the “La Alameda” Residence in Nava de la Asunción, through a public tender procedure. To this end, both the technical specifications and the administrative conditions are approved, as well as the appointment of the members of the evaluation committee responsible for assessing the bids.

The committed expenditure amounts to 90,820 euros, a figure that constitutes the tender budget for the operation.

Processing and publication

The agreement empowers the President of the Provincial Council of Segovia, or the Deputy to whom he delegates or who legally or regulatorily replaces him, to formalize all documents and carry out the actions necessary for the execution of the file.

The call for tenders will be published in the following official channels:

• The Official Gazette of the Province of Segovia.
• The electronic office of the Council of Segovia.
• The Public Sector Procurement Platform.

The extract of the agreements was signed in Segovia on August 12, 2026, by the Deputy Secretary, Laura Álvarez García, and is made public for general knowledge.

Relevance for the municipality

The acquisition of this property next to the “La Alameda” Residence responds to the need to expand or provide new spaces for the socio-sanitary infrastructure of the area, a key service for the population of Nava de la Asunción and its surroundings. Processing via public tender guarantees competition and transparency in the selection of the offer, and its publication on the Public Sector Procurement Platform allows any interested party to submit their proposal under equal conditions.
