Ciudad Real publishes an unnotified labor sanction in the DOCM

The Provincial Delegation of Economy, Business and Employment of Ciudad Real has publicized the resolution of sanctioning file H-0076/2026 for an infringement regarding occupational health and safety, after it was not possible to notify the affected company. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha (DOCM) no. 182, dated September 22, 2026, with official reference 2026/6662, and reproduces the resolution issued on July 22, 2026.

Ten-day period to appear

The publication opens a appearance period of ten calendar days, counted from the day following the publication of the resolution. Interested parties must appear between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

The file remains available to the interested party at the headquarters of the Employment Service of the Provincial Delegation of the Regional Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment, located in the Administrative City at Ronda del Carmen 1, 4th Floor, Module B, in Ciudad Real.
