Summons to occupy farms for the Perín aqueduct

The Mancomunidad de los Canales del Taibilla has summoned the owners of several estates in the municipality of Cartagena for the drafting of the records prior to the occupation of the lands affected by the works of project 08/24 for the renovation of the Perín aqueduct. The summons will take place on September 21, 2026, at the Cartagena City Council. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia, number 190, dated August 19, 2026, with reference NPE: A-190826-4070.
A procedure prior to occupation
The announcement, signed by the director of the Mancomunidad, Carlos Conradi Monner, is part of the compulsory expropriation procedure accompanying the execution of project 08/24 for the renovation of the Perín aqueduct (Mu/Cartagena), identified by code C.P.30. The resolution of the Management of the Mancomunidad, containing the list of the owners of the affected assets and rights, is displayed on the entity’s notice board (C/. Mayor, 1, Cartagena) and at the Cartagena City Council.
The act of drafting the prior records is the administrative step that allows for the verification of the status of the estates before occupation, and constitutes a prerequisite for taking possession of the land necessary for the works.
Affected estates and summons
The summons, all within the municipality of Cartagena, are distributed across two morning time slots on September 21:
- Estate number 1, Polygon 85, Plot 589 — Heirs of Pedro Ros Aznar — at nine o’clock.
- Estate number 2, Polygon 85, Plot 590 — Heirs of Pedro Ros Aznar — at nine o’clock.
- Estate number 4, Polygon 85, Plot 591 — Isidoro Roca Garre — at nine o’clock.
- Estate number 5, Polygon 61, Plot 122 — unknown owner — at nine forty-five.
The meeting place will be the Cartagena City Council, Councilors’ Room, at C/. San Miguel, 8, 1st floor.
Signature and delegation of powers
The announcement was signed in Cartagena on August 4, 2026, by the director of the Mancomunidad, Carlos Conradi Monner, by virtue of the delegation of powers from the Minister for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge, granted by Order TED/544/2026, of May 28, regarding the delegation of powers.
The renovation of the Perín aqueduct is part of the hydraulic infrastructure network that supplies the Campo de Cartagena region; therefore, the notification to those affected is key so that the estate owners can appear at the act and assert their rights before the occupation of the land.
