Cisla puts the leasing of its common land up for tender
Por FactBox Admin

The Cisla City Council has announced a public tender to lease four agricultural plots that are part of its common lands, classified as patrimonial assets. The call was approved by Mayoral Resolution of August 27, 2026, and is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ávila, number 172, dated September 7, 2026, under number 1764/26.
The lands subject to lease total 81,106 square meters divided among four plots located in polygons 4, 8, and 9 of the municipal district. As these are patrimonial assets not assigned to a public use or service, the City Council is putting them into operation through a private contract of a patrimonial nature, with a duration of five annual terms without extension. The sole award criterion will be the price, meaning the minimum fixed annual fee may be improved upwards in the bids.
The plots and their minimum fees
Each plot is put up for tender with its reference annual fee, ranging between 39 and 928 euros:
- Plot 60, polygon 4, reference 05060A004000600000UQ, 9,962 m², minimum fee of €137.27.
- Plot 75, polygon 4, reference 05060A004000750000UJ, 2,712 m², minimum fee of €39.43.
- Plot 133, polygon 8, reference 05060A008001330000UK, 16,951 m², minimum fee of €220.72.
- Plot 148, polygon 9, reference 05060A009001480000UE, 51,481 m², minimum fee of €927.54.
The largest of the estates, plot 148, accounts for more than half of the total area and sets the highest fee of the tender, while plot 75, the smallest, starts with an annual fee of barely 39.43 euros.
Deadlines and submission method
Bids must be submitted in person at the municipal offices of the Town Hall, from 10:30 to 12:00 hours, Monday to Friday. The deadline is 15 calendar days starting from the day following the publication of the announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province and on the Notice Board.
The opening of bids will take place in a public act on the Monday following the end of the deadline, at 10:30 hours, at the Cisla City Council. The activity to which the assets are assigned is agricultural exploitation, therefore the tender is primarily aimed at farmers and livestock breeders in the area.
Where to consult the specifications
The Specifications Document will be available to interested parties from the day of publication on the City Council Notice Board, on the electronic headquarters (https://cisla.sedelectronica.es), and at the municipal offices during public opening hours. The call is signed by the mayor, Luis Alberto Martín García.
The leasing of these common-pool lands offers farmers and livestock breeders in the region the opportunity to access large-scale estate properties at modest rents, while simultaneously allowing the municipality to obtain recurring income and keep publicly owned agricultural assets in production.
