Ciruelas initially approves its municipal budget for 2026

The Ciruelas City Council has initially approved the General Budget, the Execution Bases, and the staffing plan for civil service, contractual, and temporary personnel for the 2026 financial year. The agreement was adopted in an extraordinary Plenary session held on August 27, 2026, and its announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Guadalajara number 167, dated September 1, 2026.

The file and the mandatory documentation shall be open to the public for a period of fifteen days from the publication of the announcement for the purpose of claims and allegations. If no claim is submitted during this period, the budget will be considered definitively approved.

Regulatory Framework

The processing complies with the provisions of Article 169 of the Recast Text of the Law Regulating Local Treasuries, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 2/2004, of March 5, and Article 20 of Royal Decree 500/1990, of April 20.
