Five electoral boards reserve free venues for the electoral campaign
Por FactBox Admin

The zonal electoral boards of Cáceres, Coria, Navalmoral de la Mata, Plasencia, and Trujillo have made public the list of official premises and public places reserved for the free holding of campaign events for the general elections of November 29, 2026. The edicts, signed by the secretaries and the president of each board, are published in Section IV of the Official Gazette of the Province of Cáceres number 202, dated October 21, 2026, with references BOP-2026-4943, BOP-2026-4944, BOP-2026-4945, BOP-2026-4946, and BOP-2026-4947.
The publication is supported by Article 57 of Organic Law 5/1985 on the General Electoral Regime, which requires city councils to notify the zonal electoral boards of municipal premises and public places usable for electoral propaganda, and the boards to order their publication. The calling of the elections derives from Royal Decree 806/2026, of October 5, regarding the dissolution of the Congress of Deputies and the Senate and the calling of elections, published in the Official State Gazette on October 6, 2026, as stated in the edict of the Trujillo board.
The five announcements occupy pages 24091 to 24130 of the provincial gazette and list the available venues by municipality, indicating schedules, conditions of use and, in some cases, capacity.
Cáceres: four municipal pavilions until 10:45 PM
The edict of the Zonal Electoral Board of Cáceres, signed by María Ángeles Montero Parro on October 18, opens the list with four sports facilities in the capital usable every day from 10:00 AM to 10:45 PM:

A map of venues for 29 days of campaigning
The campaign begins on Friday, November 13, and closes on Friday, November 27, two days before the date of the polls. The publication of these lists allows parties and candidates to request spaces free of charge and guarantees access to public premises in small municipalities where private offerings are non-existent. For residents, the lists establish where and at what time the rallies and events of the different formations will be held in each town of the province.
