Por FactBox Admin

The Aragonese Institute for Women has formalized collaboration agreements with the regions of Comunidad de Teruel, Comunidad de Calatayud, Cinco Villas, Los Monegros, and Matarraña to carry out training actions and campaigns regarding the prevention and awareness of gender-based violence, within the framework of the State Pact against Gender-Based Violence. The Official Gazette of Aragon publishes the five orders in issue number 205, dated October 22, 2026, with official references BOA20261022012 to BOA20261022016.
The five provisions are dated October 7, 2026, and were issued by the Vice Presidency of the Government and Department of Presidency, Justice, Culture and Sport, which orders the publication of agreements already entered in the General Registry of Agreements of the Government of Aragon. The texts are based on sections 5 and 6 of article 151 of Law 5/2021, of June 29, on the Organization and Legal Regime of the Autonomous Public Sector of Aragon, and on article 13 of Decree 57/2012, of March 7, which regulates said autonomous registry.
The agreements were signed on September 24, 2026, by the Vice President and Councilor for Presidency, Justice, Culture and Sport of the Government of Aragon and by the presidents of each of the five regions. The publication in the BOA is limited to the announcement: the full content remains available in the General Registry of Agreements (aragon.es/registrodeconvenios), to which each order refers via a link to the registration number.

The five resolutions share the same objective and wording: the implementation of training actions and campaigns regarding the prevention and awareness of gender-based violence, within the framework of the State Pact. None of them include the economic details of the agreement in the published announcement, which are referred to the registry.
Signature delegated to the Technical General Secretariat
The orders appear signed in Zaragoza on October 7, 2026, by the Technical General Secretary of Presidency, Justice, Culture and Sport, Cristina Asensio Grijalba, by delegation provided for in the Order of November 28, 2024, of the Councilor for Presidency, Economy and Justice.
Each resolution is limited to ordering the publication of the agreement in the “Official Gazette of Aragon” and referring to the regional registry for the consultation of the full text, in accordance with the usual publicity procedure for agreements of the Autonomous Community.
A wave of regional agreements
These five publications are added to others processed on the same days. The BOA of October 20 included the agreements with Campo de Belchite (Order PJC/1488/2026), Bajo Cinca/Baix Cinca (PJC/1489/2026) and Bajo Martín (PJC/1490/2026); that of October 21, those of Andorra-Sierra de Arcos (PJC/1497/2026), Alto Gállego (PJC/1498/2026), Aranda (PJC/1499/2026), Bajo Aragón (PJC/1500/2026) and Bajo Aragón-Caspe (PJC/1501/2026).
In August, the same department had already published a series of agreements with regions for the provision of psychological, social and family educational care services, signed on July 30, 2026, and processed with orders such as PJC/1169/2026 (Aranda), PJC/1179/2026 (Comarca Central) or PJC/1222/2026 (Gúdar-Javalambre).
The joint publication confirms that the comarca (region) is the scale chosen by the Government of Aragon to deploy the programs of the State Pact against Gender Violence throughout the territory, so that training and awareness campaigns reach municipalities in Teruel and Zaragoza. For the readers of those regions, the BOA opens the way to consult the full content of each agreement, including its purpose and obligations, in the regional registry.
