Cifuentes publishes the provisional list of maintenance workers

The Cifuentes City Council has published the provisional list of admitted and excluded candidates for the provision of two positions for public service facility maintenance workers and the creation of a job bank, through a Mayoral resolution signed on August 18, 2026. The announcement appears in the Official Gazette of the Province of Guadalajara number 159, dated August 20, 2026, and opens a period of three business days for interested parties to file claims.

The call is part of the hiring program for vulnerable unemployed persons in situations of social exclusion, co-financed by the European Social Fund ESF+ 2021-2027. The selection is aimed at unemployed persons registered at an Employment Office of Castilla-La Mancha who meet the requirements of the guidelines, for their hiring as temporary labor personnel dependent on the council.

The resolution is issued in accordance with articles 21 to 23 of Law 7/1985, of April 2, regulating the Bases of the Local Regime, article 11 of Royal Legislative Decree 5/2015, of the Basic Statute of the Public Employee, and Law 4/2011, of March 10, on Public Employment of Castilla-La Mancha.

List of Admitted Candidates

The provisional list distinguishes between two groups of admitted applicants:

• Priority groups (art. 16.1): Alberto Fgilolmo Grande, José María Pérez Sanz, and María Josefa Cabrero Gómez.
• Groups under article 50.1 of Law 3/2023, of February 28: Meryem Hemrad, Ramón López Peña, Kacem El Khazzou Boumaz, Mouhcine Himsi, and Samira Mouatal.

Excluded Candidates and Claim Period

The resolution also includes the list of excluded candidates, along with the cause for exclusion:

• Olga Elizabeth Mera Román: does not meet guideline three A.1.
• Aicha Said Blas: does not meet guideline three.

Interested parties will have three business days from the publication of the announcement to file claims. The list is published in the BOP of Guadalajara, on the City Council’s notice board, on the electronic office, and on the municipal website.
