Cifuentes approves the pool of two maintenance workers with European funds

Por FactBox Admin

The Cifuentes City Council has approved the final list of admitted and excluded candidates for the creation of a job bank for two public service facility maintenance laborers, and has appointed the tribunal that will judge the tests. The resolution, signed by the mayor-president Marco Antonio Campos Sanchis on August 26, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Guadalajara number 164, dated August 27, 2026.

The hiring, which is temporary and dependent on the council, is carried out under the grant for the hiring of unemployed vulnerable people and those in a situation of social exclusion, co-financed by the European Social Fund ESF+ 2021-2027. The process is governed by Order 46/2026, of April 7, 2026, of the Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment, which regulates the bases of the Active Employment Support Program and its 2026 call.

Upheld Appeal

Following the deadline for appeals to the provisional list, the council has upheld the claim submitted by Aicha Said Blas (ID 8909*) on August 21, 2026, with Municipal Entry Registry no. 2026-E-RC-1870. The interested party corrected the deficiency for which she appeared among the excluded—the registration in the administrative Registry of the Youth Guarantee System—and now becomes part of the list of admitted candidates.

Final List of Admitted Candidates

The job bank is composed of two groups. In the priority groups of article 16.1, there are four applicants:

  • Alberto Gilolmo Grande (ID 1284*), group 3ª A.1.
  • José María Pérez Sanz (ID 0981*), group 3ª B.
  • Aicha Said Blas (ID 8909*), group 3ª C.
  • María Josefa Cabrero Gómez (ID 1512*), group 3ª B.

In the group under article 50.1 of Law 3/2023, of February 28, five applicants are admitted:

  • Meryem Hemrad (ID 1332*)
  • Ramón López Peña (ID 0220*)
  • Kacem El Khazza Boumaz (ID 8949*)
  • Mouhcine Himsi (ID 5670*)
  • Samira Mouatal (ID 5917*)

The only excluded person is Olga Elizabeth Mera Román (ID 2320*), for failing to comply with the third base A.1.

Appointed Tribunal

The resolution appoints the tribunal that will evaluate the tests, along with its alternates:

  • President: Lucía Toledano Taravillo (alternate José Joaquín García Alonso)
  • Secretary: Eva Lope Martínez (alternate Sofía Rodríguez Sánchez)
  • Member: Sagario Agudo Mejías (alternate Manuel del Sol López)
  • Member: Juan Antonio Martín Alcázar (alternate Mª Teresa Batanero Castillo)
  • Member: Jordan Albert Roper (alternate Juan Carlos Ruiz Vidal)

The call for applications and its terms were approved by Mayoral Resolution No. 268, of July 23, 2026, and were published in the BOP number 145, of July 31. The resolution is communicated to the members of the tribunal and published in the provincial bulletin, the notice board, and the City Council website.

An opportunity with European backing

The job bank allows the municipality of Cifuentes to swiftly fill two temporary labor staff positions, prioritizing unemployed vulnerable people and those at risk of social exclusion thanks to funding from the ESF+ 2021-2027. For residents, it represents a concrete pathway to access local public employment backed by European funds, in a process that has already closed its admission phase and is awaiting the holding of the tests.
