Por FactBox Admin

The Territorial Delegation of Economy, Finance, European Funds and of Industry, Energy and Mines in Huelva has called for the drawing up of preliminary records prior to the occupation of certain estates affected by the execution of the 66 kV high-voltage line project and 66/33 kV collector substation in the municipality of Chucena (Huelva). The announcement, dated July 30, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía (BOJA) number 170, of September 2, 2026, within the section of other official announcements.

The call is processed under file AT-80033 and corresponds to text number 10868 of the gazette, with publication reference PP. 1599/2026. The procedure is part of the compulsory expropriation of the land necessary for the electrical infrastructure, a step prior to the material occupation of the plots.

Object of the procedure

The announcement initiates the phase of preliminary records, an administrative procedure that allows affected owners to appear before the Administration to formalize the occupation of their estates and, where applicable, make allegations regarding the valuation of the expropriated assets and rights.

  • Infrastructure: 66 kV high-voltage line and 66/33 kV collector substation.
  • Location: municipality of Chucena (Huelva).
  • File: AT-80033.
  • Publication reference: PP. 1599/2026.
  • Processing body: Territorial Delegation of Economy, Finance, European Funds and of Industry, Energy and Mines in Huelva.

Regulatory framework and processing

The drawing up of preliminary records is governed by the compulsory expropriation regulations applicable to electrical installations of general interest, which empowers the Administration to occupy the land necessary for the construction and operation of the transmission and distribution network. The publication in the BOJA provides public notice of the procedure and opens the period for the owners of the affected estates to appear and present their allegations.

The projected infrastructure in Chucena is part of the reinforcement of the electrical grid in the Condado de Huelva region, with the aim of improving evacuation capacity and supply reliability in the area.

Impact for owners and supply

The call directly affects the owners of the estates through which the line will run and on which the substation will be located, who must appear in the preliminary records process to formalize the occupation and, if applicable, defend their interests in the valuation of the land.

For the population of Chucena and its surroundings, the execution of the 66 kV line and the 66/33 kV collector substation represents an improvement in the local electrical infrastructure, by reinforcing the transmission network and guaranteeing a more stable supply with a greater capacity to respond to demand.
