Chilluévar publishes the final list of admitted candidates for Administrative Assistant

The City Council of Chilluévar (Jaén) has approved the final list of admitted and excluded applicants for the provision of one Administrative Assistant position, along with the composition of the qualifying board and the date for the examinations. The decision was adopted via Mayoral Resolution No. 2026-0217, dated August 18, 2026, and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Jaén number 171, dated September 3, 2026.

The call for applications, processed through an open competitive examination system, corresponds to one career civil servant position in the General Administration Scale, Administrative Subscale, Group C, Subgroup C2, included in the 2025 Public Employment Offer (BOP No. 190, dated October 3, 2025). The regulatory bases were published in the BOP of Jaén No. 41, dated March 2, 2026, and the process is resolved in accordance with the Fourth Base of the call and the powers granted by Article 21 of Law 7/1985, of April 2, Regulating the Bases of the Local Regime.

Final list of admitted and excluded applicants

Following the application deadline, the final list consists of 35 admitted applicants and 2 excluded. The two excluded applicants failed to prove payment of the examination fee:

• Ana Ruiz Tintor — failed to prove payment of the examination fee.
• Francisco Valverde García — failed to prove payment of the examination fee.

Among the admitted applicants are, among others, Ainhoa García Galiano, Alba Moreno Galdón, Alejandro López Moreno, Ana Belén González Torres, Ángela Lara Martínez, Beatriz Martínez Orts, Carmen María Pérez García, David Aibar Pérez, Francisco Montoro Mendieta, María Jesús Martínez Escabias, Miguel Ángel Parra García, Patricia Marín Sánchez, and Valeska Radmann.

Qualifying board

In accordance with the Fifth Base of the call, the following board is appointed, along with its respective alternates:

• President: José Galán Rosales (alternate: Teresa Hernández Fernández).
• Member: Antonio Rojo Molina (alternate: Rocío Patón Gutiérrez).
• Member: Francisca López Gómez (alternate: Mª Carmen Nieto Gómez).
• Member: Juan Antonio Almansa Bello (alternate: Miguel Ángel Amores Marín).
• Secretary: Andrés Raya López (alternate: Mª Paz Parreño Roldán).

The abstention and recusal of members shall be governed by Articles 23 and 24 of Law 40/2015, of October 1, on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector.

Date and location of the examinations

The tribunal will be constituted on October 1, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the Former Municipal Library Building (Avda. Andalucía nº 60, Chilluévar), and the two competitive examination exercises—theoretical and practical—will begin at 9:30 a.m. The final list is published in the Official Provincial Gazette (BOP) and on the notice board of the City Council’s electronic headquarters.

An optional appeal for reversal may be filed before the Mayor’s Office, or a contentious-administrative appeal may be filed before the corresponding Contentious-Administrative Court, in accordance with Law 29/1998, of July 13.

The publication of this final list clears the uncertainty for the applicants and the municipal staff, who now know the tribunal, the location, and the exact date of the tests. With only one vacancy at stake and 35 admitted candidates, the competitive examination on October 1 presents itself as a highly contested process to access a stable position in the local administration of Chilluévar.
