Chandrexa de Queixa creates a nominative grant for the association Queixa Vive
Por FactBox Admin

The Plenary of the Concello de Chandrexa de Queixa initially approved the modification of the execution bases of the municipal Budget for the 2026 financial year in order to create a nominative grant in favor of the Asociación Socio Cultural Queixa Vive. The agreement was adopted in the ordinary session of September 25, 2026, and is published in the Boletín Oficial da Provincia de Ourense of October 14, 2026, in section IV, Local Entities, with the reference R. 2.316. The file is open for public inspection for fifteen business days.
The modification adds the new aid in the eighth base, section 5, of the execution bases of the current budget, so that the grant is expressly included in the articles regulating the execution of municipal expenditure. This is, therefore, a direct and nominative allocation to a specific entity, identified in the announcement with CIF G16478984, and not an open call under a competitive regime.
The file is processed in compliance with article 169 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2004, of March 5, which approves the revised text of the Law regulating local finances, which requires that modifications to the budget execution bases be submitted for public information. Publicity is carried out through the insertion of the announcement in the provincial bulletin and on the Council’s notice board.

Signature and official reference
The announcement is dated Chandrexa de Queixa, September 28, 2026, and is signed by the mayor, Francisco Rodríguez Rodríguez. The publication is inserted in section IV, Local Entities, of the provincial bulletin and carries the reference R. 2.316, which allows the edict to be located in the official records of the Provincial Deputation of Ourense.
The relevance of the news for the residents and for the associative fabric of the municipality is twofold. On one hand, the creation of a nominative grant entails committing public money to a pre-identified entity, which limits the universe of possible beneficiaries and concentrates the debate on the justification of the aid. On the other, the period of fifteen business days is the only formal window for any interested person to consult the file and present allegations before the agreement becomes final; once this period has elapsed without claims, the modification of the execution bases of the 2026 budget will be definitively approved and the grant in favor of Queixa Vive will be fully effective.
