Ceuta opens claims period for the provisional list of the 2026 Employment Plan

The State Public Employment Service (SEPE) in Ceuta has published the provisional list of preselected individuals for the Labor insertion program through works and services of general and social interest 2026 (Local Corporations Employment Plan 2026). The announcement, number 611, appears in the Official Gazette of the City of Ceuta (BOCCE) number 6,647, dated August 28, 2026, and opens a period of five business days to submit appeals.

The program is part of the Agreement between the State Public Employment Service and Local Corporations, regulated by Order TES/1077/2023, of September 28 (BOE of September 29). The call was processed through the offer management procedure published in the BOCCE on June 30, 2026 (call resolution) and the award resolution of August 10, 2026. The provisional list is published “for the purposes of maximum dissemination,” both in the gazette and on the SEPE website (www.sepe.es).

A list with dozens of occupations

The provisional list includes the preselected job seekers, ordered according to their total score, which is calculated based on criteria such as seniority, family responsibility, SEPE courses 2023-2025, those over 45 years old, and first-time experience. Among the included occupations are:

• Bricklayer, carpenter, electrician, plumber, painter, and gardener
• Janitor, messenger, and administrative employee
• Intermediate technician in care for dependent persons
• Higher technician in social integration, communicative mediation, and early childhood education
• Nursing assistant, occupational health nurse, and technical architect
• Technician in systems, microcomputing and networks, and occupational risk prevention

Among the highest scores on the list, HOUAOUI NEZHA (34.7 points), PAREJA GAVIRA ESTEFANÍA (29.9), HADDOU OU AMAR EL HADRI FAMA (29.4), and AHMED ABDERRAHAMAN NORDIN (27.8) stand out.

Deadline and method for submitting appeals

Those who do not appear on the list and believe they should be included have five business days from the day following the publication in the BOCCE to submit appeals. The official form is attached to the gazette itself and must be addressed to the Director of the SEPE Benefits and Employment Office in Ceuta, Aurora Lorenzo Damián.

Appeals can be submitted:

• At the Stamping Office (Calle Solís nº 2), from 9:00 to 11:00 and from 11:00 to 14:00
• At the Benefits and Employment Office (Calle Pedro de Meneses)

Documentation to be provided by the selected candidates

Preselected candidates must send their documentation by email to programadeinsercion@ceuta.es, indicating their DNI or NIE number in the subject line. Common documentation includes a copy of both sides of the DNI/NIE, the Social Security card, and a bank document containing the account number. Depending on the occupation, complementary documentation is required:

• Certificate of no sex offenses for most categories
• Minimum experience of three months in the occupation (contract, payroll, or certificate) for bricklayer, carpenter, electrician, plumber, painter, and construction team leader
• Specific qualification for nursing assistant, Registered Nurse (DUE), technical architect, occupational risk prevention technician, and systems technician, among others

The Employment Office will send an automatic confirmation of receipt email; if it is not received within 24 hours, the interested party must resend the documentation. For inquiries, the telephone numbers 956528382 and 956528231 are available.

The publication of the provisional list is a key step for hundreds of job seekers in Ceuta, who see this program as a pathway to labor insertion through works and services of general interest. The appeals period ensures that those who believe their merits have not been valued can correct the list before it becomes final.
