Cerdanyola appoints Raul Ortega as career middle technician in architecture

The Cerdanyola del Vallès City Council has appointed Raul Ortega Castillo as a career civil servant to a position of middle technician in architecture, assigned to the special administration scale, technical sub-scale A2. The appointment is formalized by decree of the Councilor delegated to Human Resources dated October 27, 2026, number 004922-2026, and was made public in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona on November 2, 2026, with the official reference CVE 202610160635.

• Potestative appeal for reversal before the body that issued the decree, within a period of one month from the day following the receipt of the notification.
• Contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Section of the Court of First Instance of Barcelona, within a period of two months from the day following the notification.
• If the appeal for reversal is chosen and it is not resolved within one month, it is understood to be dismissed by administrative silence, and the contentious appeal may be filed within the following six months.
