Celanova authorizes the acquisition of a plot in the municipal district

The Celanova City Council has opened a public tender for the acquisition of a real estate asset (plot) located within the municipal district, according to the tender announcement published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ourense on August 28, 2026. The call was approved by agreement of the Local Government Board on August 26, 2026, under file number 3138/2026.

The operation is part of the council’s procurement procedure and aims to purchase a plot under the terms set out in the administrative clauses and the technical specifications. The announcement is signed by the mayor, Antonio Puga Rodríguez, and bears the registration reference R. 2.084.

Deadline and submission method

Interested parties have a period of fifteen calendar days, counting from the day following the publication of the announcement in the provincial gazette, to submit their offers. Submission shall be carried out exclusively electronically through the Electronic Tendering System of the Xunta de Galicia (Silex), available at www.conselleriadefacenda.es/silex.

The opening of the proposals will take place on the first business day following the end of the submission period.
