Castrogonzalo puts the Church square out to tender for 291,451 euros

The Castrogonzalo City Council has initially approved the construction project for the municipality’s Church Square, with a base tender budget of 291,451.89 euros, and is submitting the file to a 20-day public information period. The approval was formalized by Mayoral Resolution of October 13, 2026, and the announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Zamora No. 122, corresponding to Friday, October 16, 2026, in section III. One month earlier, on August 19, 2026, provincial bulletin no. 96 recorded the approval of the free transfer of a municipal plot on Tesomulo Street, number 6, to the Public Infrastructure and Environment Company of Castilla y León, S.A. (SOMACYL), for the promotion and construction of protected housing, by virtue of a plenary agreement dated December 18, 2025 (reference R-202602023).
