The Castrogonzalo City Council has initially approved, via Mayoral Resolution of September 9, 2026, the construction project for the town’s multipurpose hall (Phase I). The agreement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Zamora, number 107, dated September 14, 2026, and opens a twenty-day public information period for interested parties to submit allegations.

The work is co-financed by the Regional Government of Castilla y León and has an estimated value of €238,000, plus 21% VAT amounting to €49,980, resulting in a total base tender budget of €287,980.

A project in the public exhibition phase

The file is submitted for public information for a period of twenty days, calculated from the day following the publication of the announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province of Zamora, in accordance with Article 83 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.

During this period, the project may be examined by any interested party at the municipal offices, as well as on the City Council’s electronic headquarters, for the submission of any allegations deemed pertinent.
