Castro del Río puts the El Carmen Municipal Hostel out to tender

The City Council of Castro del Río has called for a competitive tender for the private use concession of the «El Carmen» Municipal Hostel, a public domain asset being tendered for its management, operation, and comprehensive cooperation as a hospitality-cultural establishment.
