Por FactBox Admin

The Castrelo do Val City Council has initially approved the imposition of a new tax for the private use of the temporary use of municipal buildings, premises, and facilities, along with its regulating fiscal ordinance. The agreement was adopted by the Plenary in the session of September 17, 2026, and was published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ourense on September 21, 2026, in section IV, Local Entities (reference R. 2.234). The regulation is now open for public information for thirty business days.
The text submitted for exhibition is the fiscal ordinance that will regulate the tax applicable to the private and temporary use of spaces owned by the municipality. The measure directly affects associations, collectives, and individuals who request or have been using these buildings, premises, and facilities for their activities, who will become subject to the new levy once the ordinance enters into force.
The Castrelo do Val City Council closed the current 2026 budget at 2,314,991.44 euros, following the credit modification number 14/2026 definitively approved and published in the BOP on September 16, 2026. In the revenue chapter, taxes, public prices, and other income are budgeted at 93,000.00 euros.
