Castilla y León publica los beneficiarios de ayudas FEADER a la agroindustria

The General Directorate of Industry and the Agri-Food Chain has made public the list of beneficiaries of aid for the transformation and marketing of agricultural, forestry, and food products under intervention 6842.1, co-financed by the EAFRD. The resolution granting the aid is dated October 7, 2026, and its official publication appears in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León number 208, of October 27, 2026, with the reference BOCYL-D-27102026-208-12 (page 120).

A line of aid from the CAP Strategic Plan

The grants are part of intervention 6842.1 “Aid for investments with environmental objectives in the transformation, marketing and/or development of agri-food products” of the CAP Strategic Plan 2023-2027, under Line MA1, with community funding through the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development. The call for applications that gave rise to these resolutions is the Order of April 22, 2025, from the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, and Rural Development, identified in the National Grants Database with the code BDNS 828029.

The announcement is signed by the General Directorate of Industry and the Agri-Food Chain, under the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural Environment, and Environmental Policy, and is dated in Valladolid on October 21, 2026, signed by the director general, María Mercedes Berciano Pérez. The granting resolution precedes the publication of the announcement by two weeks.

Where to consult the amounts and names

The text published in the gazette does not reproduce the nominal list or the amounts: it is limited to publicizing the existence of the list and indicating where it can be consulted. According to the announcement itself, the list of beneficiaries, including the amount of aid granted to each, is published on:

  • The Electronic Office of Castilla y León-IAPA 3710.
  • The National Grants Database.

The publicity is carried out “in accordance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Grants Law,” a provision that requires the publicity of grants awarded through the BDNS. Similarly, the announcement does not detail the number of recipients or the global amount of the batch, data which are referred to those two electronic channels.

A procedural announcement with effects on the sector

This is an announcement from section I.C Grants, C.3 Resolutions, within the I. Community of Castilla y León section of the gazette. Its function is formal: to close the publicity phase of a call that has already been resolved and to pave the way for the justification and collection of the aid by the entities included in the list.

Line 6842.1 is aimed at investments with environmental objectives in the transformation and marketing of agri-food products; therefore, its typical recipients are agro-industrial companies, cooperatives, and societies within the agri-food chain undertaking modernizations with an environmental component.

Why it matters

The publication in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León number 208 on October 27, 2026, makes public the closing of a call for sustainable agricultural industrial investments supported by European funds, an area through which the Autonomous Community channels a significant portion of the support for the modernization of its food industry. For interested companies and cooperatives, the announcement establishes the moment from which the list of recipients and their amounts are enforceable from the administration and consultable by third parties, and allows for the verification of which projects from the 2025 call have ultimately obtained financial backing from the EAFRD.
