Por FactBox Admin

The Department of the Presidency of the Regional Government of Castile and León has appointed three pharmacists of the Senior Technical Corps, Health Scale (Pharmacists) as career civil servants, by means of Order PRE/759/2026, of 8 August, published this Thursday in the Official Gazette of Castile and León (No. 156). The three candidates, who passed the competition called within the framework of the stabilisation process of Law 20/2021, are assigned to posts in the demarcations of El Barco de Ávila, Villarcayo and Arenas de San Pedro.
The appointment is issued after the Vice-Ministry of Public Administrations and Citizen Service approved, by Resolution of 15 June 2026, the supplementary list of candidates who passed the selective process for access through the competition system, called by Resolution of 24 November 2022. The process falls within the stabilisation of temporary employment provided for in Law 20/2021, of 28 December, on urgent measures to reduce temporary employment in the public sector.
The order, signed in Valladolid on 8 August by the Regional Minister for the Presidency, Luis Miguel González Gago, is issued under the ninth basis of the call and Article 7.2(l) of Law 7/2005, of 24 May, on the Civil Service of Castile and León. It complements the list of appointments made by Order PRE/1358/2025, of 27 November, and therefore the assignment of the posts is of a provisional nature.
The three new career civil servants
The appointed candidates, all three through the free-access route, join as pharmacists of group A1, level 23 and specific allowance E10, with functions FCA115, assigned to the Department of Health through the corresponding territorial services:
- Luzdivina Chapado Sánchez (order number 30): post 500443, demarcation of El Barco de Ávila (Ávila), Territorial Health Service of Ávila.
- María Isabel García Conde (order number 31): post 500363, Medina-Villarcayo demarcation (Burgos), Territorial Health Service of Burgos.
- Ana María Martínez Gómez (order number 32): post 500435, demarcation of Arenas de San Pedro (Ávila), Territorial Health Service of Ávila.
Taking office and requirements
Those concerned must take up their posts within one month, counted from the day following the publication of the order in the BOCYL, before the general secretary or the corresponding territorial delegate. At that act they must prove compliance with the requirements of the call, including:
- The statement provided for in Article 31.3 of Decree 227/1997, of 20 November, Regulations on Incompatibilities of Personnel Serving the Administration of the Community of Castile and León.
- The oath or promise to uphold the Constitution, the Statute of Autonomy of Castile and León and the laws, in accordance with Article 36.1(c) of Law 7/2005 and Royal Decree 707/1979, of 5 April.
Appeals against the order
Order PRE/759/2026 exhausts the administrative route. Against it, an administrative contentious appeal may be lodged before the Administrative Litigation Chamber of the High Court of Justice of Castile and León within two months of its publication, or, optionally, a reconsideration appeal before the Department of the Presidency within one month.
With these appointments, the Junta consolidates three healthcare posts in rural districts of Ávila and Burgos, within the framework of the state stabilisation plan aimed at reducing temporary employment in the public sector. The permanent filling of these pharmacist positions, located in El Barco de Ávila, Villarcayo and Arenas de San Pedro, strengthens pharmaceutical care in rural areas and helps retain professionals in areas affected by depopulation.
