The General Directorate of Energy Transition of the Regional Ministry of Sustainable Development of Castilla-La Mancha has agreed to publish the resolution of the sanctioning file SANCI/25/231103/000006, processed for a serious infringement of Law 21/1992, of July 16, on Industry. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha (DOCM) no. 198, of October 15, 2026, with the official reference 2026/7308, and is likewise reproduced in the Official State Gazette. The notification, dated October 5, 2026, replaces the personal communication to the interested party, which could not be carried out.
The publication is supported by articles 44 and 46 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, which enable notification by announcement in official gazettes when personal notification is not possible. The file was instructed against an interested party identified with NIE 06270849Z for the commission of a serious infringement of Law 21/1992, of July 16, on Industry, the regulation that governs industrial safety and quality in Spain. The official text does not detail the amount of the sanction nor the full identity of the interested party.

- Contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Court of Toledo, within a maximum period of two months counted in the same manner.
- The filing of any appeal must be carried out by electronic means when the appellant is obliged to interact electronically with the Administration, through the procedure enabled on the website of the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha (https://www.jccm.es/tramites/1003703, “Online Processing” section).
- Payment of the sanction is made via “Payment Letter-Model 050”, which must be collected at the General Directorate of Energy Transition.
- Once paid, the payment letter must be submitted or sent to the indicated address for recording in the file.
The publication of this type of resolution serves a dual purpose: it ensures that the interested party is aware of the content of the act despite the failure of personal notification and reinforces the transparency of administrative control over compliance with industrial regulations. For the region’s industrial fabric, the announcement serves as a reminder that serious infringements of the Industry Law are pursued with resolutions that exhaust the administrative route and pave the way for judicial challenge.
