Castilla-La Mancha publishes successful candidates and positions for the Educational Technical Scale

Por FactBox Admin

The General Directorate of the Civil Service of Castilla-La Mancha published this Friday, 14 August 2026, in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha (DOCM) the list of persons approved with the right to their appointment and the posts offered for the general open-access system in the Educational Technical Scale of the regional administration. The resolution, dated 11 August and signed by the Director General, José Narváez Vila, appears in the Competitive Examinations and Contests section under reference 2026/6077. The measure is adopted after two applicants lost their posts for failing to take office within the deadline.

The selective process was called by Resolution of the Directorate General of the Civil Service of 5 December 2024 (DOCM No. 244, of 18-12-2024). Once the tests were completed, the posts were offered by resolution of 22 May 2026 (DOCM No. 100, of 28-05-2026), and appointment as career civil servants was agreed by resolution of 15 June 2026 (DOCM No. 116, of 22-06-2026), which required taking office within one month from the day following its publication.

Two posts lost for late taking of office

Inmaculada Carrascosa Gómez and Esperanza María García Zori did not take office in the assigned post within the deadline. Their requests for incorporation, submitted on 23 and 28 July and 23 and 24 July 2026, respectively, were rejected by resolutions of the Provincial Delegate of the Regional Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports in Toledo, dated 3 August 2026, as they were submitted out of time. The resulting vacancies are now offered to the approved persons who remain in the process, according to Annexes I and II.

Approved persons and posts offered

Annex I contains the list of persons approved with the right to their appointment as career civil servants:

  • María Elena Zúñiga García (application no. 14): 48.3733 points in the examination phase and 8.3980 in the competition phase (56.7713 total).
  • Encarnación Lucas Del Toro (application no. 15): 53.8899 points in the examination phase and 2.8288 in the competition phase (56.7187 total).

Annex II offers the post of University Graduate/Child Educator (NID 07649), level 21, with a specific supplement of €8,124.84 and ordinary working hours, assigned to the functional area of Education, Culture and Sports. The two posts correspond to the centre E.I. El Alfar, in Talavera de la Reina (Toledo), and require a certificate of not being registered in the Central Registry of Sexual Offenders.

Deadline and application procedure

  • The request for destination and the documentation must be submitted within ten business days from the day following publication, addressed to the General Directorate of the Civil Service.
  • The procedure is carried out electronically on the employee portal (portaldelempleado.jccm.es, “Request for destinations” button) using the QR code of the participation request, digital certificate or electronic DNI; it may also be done at the Junta’s registration offices.
  • Each person must request a minimum number of positions equal to their petition number in Annex I, and the award will be made in order of total score in accordance with Decree 62/1990, of May 15, and the twelfth basis of the call.
  • If an approved person does not take up the post due to resignation or other attributable causes, the General Directorate will appoint, in order of score, those who passed the selection test without appearing on the list of successful candidates.

The resolution, which exhausts administrative remedies, is key for candidates and civil servants in expectation: it sets the application deadlines, reactivates two positions in the technical education corps, and guarantees a substitution mechanism so that no vacancy remains unfilled. Against it, an administrative contentious appeal may be filed before the High Court of Justice of Castilla-La Mancha within two months, or an optional reconsideration appeal within one month before the Regional Ministry of Finance, Public Administrations and Digital Transformation.
