Castilla-La Mancha corrects errors in Moves III electric mobility aid schemes

The Ministry of Sustainable Development of the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha has published a correction of errors to the Resolution of 30 December 2024, of the Directorate General for Energy Transition, concerning the granting and rejection of aid under the Electric Mobility Incentives Programme, Moves III Programme (twenty-third resolution). The erratum appears in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha (DOCM) No. 156, corresponding to 17 August 2026, with document reference 2026/6022.

The original resolution was issued on 30 December 2024 by the Directorate General for Energy Transition and published in DOCM No. 11 of 17 January 2025. The Moves III Programme channels economic incentives aimed at promoting the purchase of electric vehicles in the region, both for individuals and for homeowners’ associations. The correction is based on Article 109.2 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.

Error in the total amount of Annex I-A

The first and second errors affect Annex I-A, concerning actions for the acquisition of electric vehicles by individuals and non-profit entities, charged to budget item 23060000G/722A 78000 of the FPA fund 0090014. The annex lists a total of 256 files, from SLN5-2024-00505 to SLN5-2024-01566.

• Incorrect data published: total amount of aid of €1,244,800.00.
• Corrected data: total amount of aid of €1,246,800.00.

The correction increases the total amount by €2,000, correcting a figure that appeared both in the first section of the document (page 2289 of the DOCM) and in the header of Annex I-A (page 2292).

Rectification in the table of individual awards

The third error is located on page 2295 of the DOCM, within the table breaking down the individual awards. The file affected is SLN5-2024-01339, corresponding to Ricardo Varela Almeida (Tax ID ***8781**), whose application refers to a vehicle with a PHEV (plug-in hybrid) propulsion system, category M1, without reduced mobility, with one vehicle.

• Incorrect data published: aid per vehicle of €2,500 and aid per file of €2,500.
• Corrected data: aid per vehicle of €4,500 and aid per file of €4,500.

This represents an increase of €2,000 in the individual amount, which exactly matches the €2,000 difference detected in the annex total, confirming that the erratum was attributable exclusively to this file.

Scope and effects of the correction

The correction is limited to material errors, which means it does not alter the substance of the resolution or the conditions for granting the aid. The 256 files maintain the same initial quantification, with the sole exception of the file of Ricardo Varela Almeida, who will now receive the full aid that corresponded to him. Aid charged to the Moves III program is compatible with other incentive lines for sustainable mobility promoted by the regional administration.

For the beneficiaries of the program, this correction guarantees that the amounts actually paid match what corresponds to them according to the established assessment criteria. In a context of growing demand for electric vehicles in Castilla-La Mancha, any irregularity in the official figures can raise doubts about the correct application of public funds earmarked for the energy transition of transport.
