Castilla-La Mancha announces training grants for youth under the youth guarantee

The Regional Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports of Castilla-La Mancha has approved the 2026 call for training grants aimed at students who participated during the 2025-2026 academic year in specific youth guarantee training actions. The resolution, signed on September 1, 2026, by the regional minister Amador Pastor Noheda, is published in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha (DOCM) number 174, dated September 10, 2026, with reference 2026/6475 and identifier BDNS 927475.

The program, co-financed through the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) Program of Castilla-La Mancha for the 2021-2027 period, seeks to incentivize and facilitate access to training for young people registered in the National Youth Guarantee System, with the aim of promoting their labor market insertion. The grants are awarded on a competitive basis and are part of the Ministry’s Strategic Subsidy Plan, under objective 360 “Incentivization of Secondary Education, Vocational Training and Special Regime Education” and line 1207 “Youth Guarantee Plan”.

Beneficiaries and requirements

Students who meet three conditions may be beneficiaries: be registered in the National Youth Guarantee System File as a beneficiary on the calendar day prior to the start of the training activity; be over sixteen and under thirty years of age on that date; and have completed one of the specific training actions provided for in the first base of the regulatory bases order.

• Be registered in the National Youth Guarantee System File as a beneficiary.
• Be over 16 and under 30 years of age on the start date of the training activity.
• Have completed a specific youth guarantee training action during the 2025-2026 course.

Amounts by modality

The call allocates a credit of 300,000 euros, charged to the budget application 1802.422B.48711 (FPA0090011) for the 2027 financial year, which will be adjusted and distributed according to the applications for each modality. The individual amounts, set as unit costs in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2021/1060, are as follows:

• Modality A (participation in training): 200 €.
• Modality B (achievement of objectives): 400 €.
• Modality C (access to Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training): 600 €.
• Modality D (ESO Graduate or Baccalaureate degree): 1,000 €.
• Modality E (training internships in companies or workplaces): 600 €.

Deadline and submission of applications

The application period will be one month, calculated from the day following the publication of the full text and the extract of the resolution in the DOCM. Applications shall be submitted electronically through the Virtual Secretariat of the EducamosCLM platform, also accessible from the Electronic Office of the Administration of the Junta de Comunidades de Castilla-La Mancha.

Those who require it may receive technical assistance to formalize their application at the educational centers where they were enrolled during the 2025-2026 academic year. This call reinforces the region’s commitment to youth employability by rewarding both participation and the achievement of training objectives and the obtaining of qualifications that open the door to Vocational Training and the labor market. With a credit of 300,000 euros and five types of aid, the program offers a direct economic incentive to thousands of young people from Castilla-La Mancha who completed their youth guarantee training during the 2025-2026 academic year.
