The General Directorate of Energy Transition, under the Ministry of Sustainable Development of the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha, has issued the Resolution of 08/17/2026 granting and dismissing aid from the Electric Mobility Linked Incentive Program (Moves III) for the year 2025. This is the 24th resolution of the program, published in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha (Year XLV, no. 165, of August 28, 2026, page 31177), with official reference [2026/6286].

The total amount granted amounts to 641,641.22 euros, distributed among 58 files, while another 7 applications have been dismissed. The aid is part of the call approved by the Resolution of 08/22/2025 of the Ministry of Sustainable Development, in accordance with Royal Decree-Law 3/2025, of April 1, and Royal Decree 266/2021, of April 13, within the framework of the European Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.

Acquisition of electric vehicles

The resolution grants aid for the purchase of electric vehicles in two annexes, with a total of 7 files and 40,100 euros:

  • Annex I-A (natural persons and homeowners’ associations): 4 files, 24,150.00 €, including Ángel Naranjo Bados, Agustín Talaya Ramón, Salvador Rico Cuadros, and José Ángel Martínez Marchante.
  • Annex I-B (natural persons with economic activity and legal entities): 3 files, 15,950.00 €, with beneficiaries such as Corina Adriana Tomsa, Proyinox Decoración, S.L., and Miguel Gómez López.

The amounts per vehicle range between 4,000 and 7,700 euros, with higher amounts for 100% electric models (BEV) and for those who prove the scrapping of a vehicle.

Deployment of charging infrastructure

The majority of the budget is allocated to the implementation of charging points, with 51 files and 601,541.22 euros:

  • Annex II-A (natural persons and homeowners’ associations): 40 files, 54,940.30 €, with individual grants between 900 and 2,200 euros for low-power charging points.
  • Annex II-B (natural persons with economic activity and legal entities): 11 files, 546,600.92 €, highlighting three projects from Grupo Easycharger, S.A. with fast and ultra-fast charging points, totaling 537,864.78 € in aid.

Dismissals and payment conditions

7 applications are dismissed, all corresponding to the deployment of charging infrastructure (Annex III-B), including those of Raúl Arias López, María Monserrat Bravo de la Cruz, Juan José Menéndez Vallina, Pedro Vázquez Fuentes, Juan Fernando Jordán Bermúdez, Aguas Danone, S.A., and Francisco Javier Barrios Benavent. Most were dismissed for failing to respond to the request for correction within the deadline.

Beneficiaries have until December 31, 2026, at the latest, to justify the investment before the Energy Promotion Service. The payment, financed with IDAE funds through the General State Budgets, is subject to compliance with the conditions of Royal Decree 266/2021 and the call for applications. An administrative appeal (recurso de alzada) may be filed against the resolution before the head of the Department of Sustainable Development within one month.

This resolution consolidates the push for electric mobility in the region, benefiting individuals, homeowners’ associations, and companies alike, and reinforces the charging network, especially with the large deployments of fast and ultra-fast charging, which are key to the decarbonization of transport in Castilla-La Mancha.
