Castellfort auctions grazing rights for El Motlló mountain for 360 euros per year

The Castellfort City Council has put out to tender, via auction, the grazing rights for the El Motlló mountain, located within the municipality’s boundaries. The call, signed by Mayor Juan Manuel Segura Prades on August 21, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Castellón number 102, dated August 25, 2026, under official reference 03782-2026-U.

The contract, following ordinary processing and an open procedure in the form of an auction, has a base tender budget of 360.00 euros per year excluding VAT. The duration is set at five non-extendable annual terms, extending from the date of issuance of the first license until September 30 of the final year, scheduled for 2031.
