Castalla cedes the Casa dels Majordoms to the brotherhood for 30 years

The Castalla City Council has opened a public information period for the free transfer, for a term of 30 years, of the municipal property known as “Casa dels Majordoms” in favor of the Cofradía de la Preciosísima Sangre de Jesús de Castalla. The decision is being processed via an edict published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Alicante, number 160, dated August 25, 2026, under reference 6561/2026.
The announcement, signed by the Mayor’s Office, is framed within section III of Local Administration and directly affects municipal heritage; therefore, a hearing process is opened so that interested parties may submit allegations.
