Casas de Ves publishes the provisional list of admitted candidates for Administrative Assistant

The City Council of Casas de Ves has approved the provisional list of admitted and excluded persons in the selection process to fill one position for Administrative Assistant (Subgroup C2) via open competitive examination. The resolution is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Albacete No. 110, dated September 21, 2026, in the Third Section: Local Administration, pages 48 and 49, with official reference 23.598. The announcement reports 36 admitted applicants and 7 excluded, and opens a period of ten business days to rectify defects.

Seven exclusions and their causes

The list of excluded persons comprises seven applicants, indicating the cause and whether it is rectifiable or not:

• Manuela Calero Martínez: cause 1, rectifiable within ten business days.
• Rosa Isabel Martínez Gualda: cause 1, rectifiable within ten business days.
• Ana María Martínez Picazo: cause 1, rectifiable within ten business days.
• María Remedios Ygarza García: cause 2, not rectifiable.
• Aitana María Jiménez Flores: cause 1, rectifiable within ten business days.
• Mahely Cazón Carrasco: causes 1 and 2, not rectifiable.
• Mara Llanos Ygarza García: cause 1, rectifiable within ten business days.

The causes for exclusion specified in the announcement are two: cause 1, lack of the required qualification (base 2, due to failure to provide an ESO degree or accredited equivalent), and cause 2, lack of application in the official form (Annex II) or a signed responsible declaration (base 4).

Rectification period and next steps

The period to rectify the defects that have led to exclusion or omission is ten business days, counted from the day following the publication of the announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province of Albacete. The announcement is also disseminated on the electronic headquarters of the City Council of Casas de Ves (https://casasdeves.sedipualba.es) and on the municipal notice board.

The resolution approving the final list of admitted and excluded persons will establish the composition of the qualifying Tribunal and will specify the date, time, and place for the first exercise of the competitive phase.

The publication of this provisional list is the first effective filter of the selection process and determines the final number of applicants who will compete for the single vacancy announced. For the seven excluded individuals, the ten-business-day period is the last opportunity to correct the lack of qualification or official form before being left out of the process; for the City Council of Casas de Ves, the procedure clears the way toward the appointment of the new Administrative Assistant who will reinforce the municipal staff.
