Carrión de los Condes publishes the final list of admitted candidates for Administrative Assistant

The City Council of Carrión de los Condes has approved, by Mayoral Decree, the final list of admitted and excluded candidates and the constitution of the Qualifying Board for the provision of one position as Administrative Assistant, civil servant personnel, through the open competitive examination system. The resolution, signed by Mayor Luis Miguel Medina Delgado on August 20, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Palencia number 102, dated August 26, 2026.

The process began with the publication of its rules in the BOP of Palencia No. 19 (February 13, 2026), in the BOCYL No. 29 (February 12, 2026), and in the BOE No. 50 (February 25, 2026). To process the file, the Mayor’s Office has assumed the appointment and personnel selection powers delegated to the Local Government Board by Mayoral Decree No. 2023/0170, dated July 1, 2023.

Final list of admitted and excluded candidates

After the correction period ended, the decree declares 103 applicants as definitively admitted, who are listed by name in the announcement with masked ID numbers. Among those admitted are, among others, Laura Aguado Torres, Elvira Alonso Collazos, Rebeca Antolín Carrillo, Daniel Fernández Calvo, Javier García Muñoz, and Adriana Valladolid García.

Conversely, 6 applicants are definitively excluded due to defects not corrected within the deadline:

• Raquel Fonturbel Mediavilla — Annex I of the application is missing.
• Iván Gallardo Dillana — ID expired prior to submission.
• María del Pilar Gutiérrez Amor — Annex I of the application is missing.
• Antonio Méndez Nistal — Annex I of the application is missing.
• María del Pilar Peláez Rodea — ID is missing.
• Lucía Rebollo Llanes — Annex I of the application is missing.

Qualifying Board

The board is constituted under the terms of Article 60 of the Royal Legislative Decree 5/2015, of October 30, which approves the revised text of the Law of the Basic Statute of the Public Employee, with the following composition:

• President: titular, María Calvo Iglesias; substitute, Marta Fernández del Amo.
• Member: titular, Mar Moreno Esteban; substitute, Mª Josefa Fernández Silva.
• Member: titular, Luis Mariano Pastor Alario; substitute, Almudena García García.
• Member: titular, Cristina Sandino Vallejo; substitute, Fernando Tejido Rodríguez.
• Secretary: titular, Ana Mª Asenjo Herreras; substitute, Mª José Tamayo de la Pinta.

Date and place of the first exercise

In accordance with the fourth clause of the call for applications, the first exercise of the competitive examination will be held on September 26, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Marqués de Santillana Early Childhood and Primary Education College, located at Calle Eras de Santa María s/n in Carrión de los Condes (Palencia). The final list is also published on the City Council’s electronic office and on its notice board.

The resolution represents a decisive step for the candidates, who now know their final status and the composition of the body that will evaluate them, as well as the date and location of the first exam. With a single vacancy at stake and more than a hundred admitted candidates, the call is presented as one of the most crowded in the municipality within the field of local public employment.
