Cangas del Narcea subasta siete inmuebles rurales desde 18.392 euros

The Cangas del Narcea City Council has approved the disposal of seven properties through public auction, with bidding prices ranging from 18,392.00 to 27,165.32 euros. The operation was formalized by Mayoral Resolution No. 2334, dated September 18, 2026, and is published in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias (BOPA) No. 188, dated September 29, 2026, with reference 2026-07763. Interested parties have 20 calendar days from the date of publication to examine the file and submit their offers.

The resolution approves both the disposal file and the specific economic-administrative clauses document that will govern the auction. The chosen procedure is the open ordinary processing procedure. The announcement is inserted in section IV of the regional gazette, dedicated to Local Administration and city councils.

The assets consist of seven lots of properties located in rural centers of the municipality: Onón, Acio, Jarceley, Robledo de San Cristóbal, Santa Marina de Obanca, Valleciello, and Bruelles. Each lot is identified by its cadastral reference and its bidding price.

20-day period and electronic submission of offers

The announcement sets a period of 20 calendar days from its publication for interested parties to examine the file at the Heritage Section of the local entity and make any allegations they deem appropriate. The count begins with the insertion of the announcement in the BOPA.

Furthermore, the date of publication of the announcement in the gazette will coincide with that of the Public Sector Procurement Platform, so that bidders may submit their offers via electronic bidding on that platform.

Open ordinary processing procedure

The disposal is processed through the open ordinary processing procedure, with the public auction as the method of award, as stated in the Mayoral resolution itself. The file incorporates the specific economic-administrative clauses document, which sets the conditions for the bidding.

The announcement appears signed by the Mayor in Cangas del Narcea, on September 18, 2026, the same date as the resolution approving the file.

The auction puts seven properties from rural centers of southwestern Asturias on the market and opens the possibility for residents and third parties to acquire municipal assets. The period of 20 calendar days marks the window to review the file and bid electronically.
