Campos appoints a general administration technician through a competitive examination process

The Campos City Council has appointed Alejandro Nevado Ferrà as a career civil servant as a general administration technician, belonging to the General Administration scale, technical subscale, Group A, subgroup A1. The resolution, signed by Mayor Francisca Porquer Manresa on August 5, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of the Balearic Islands (BOIB) number 105, of August 22, 2026, in Section II (Authorities and personnel), page 45735.

The appointment concludes the selection procedure for the filling of one position for a general administration technician, convened through the competitive examination system (concurs-oposició). The process was governed by the specific bases approved by the Mayor’s Decree of November 25, 2025, published in the BOIB number 158, of November 29, 2025, and the final proposal corresponded to the Qualifying Tribunal.

The selection process

The convened position belongs to the General Administration scale, technical subscale, of classification group A1, one of the higher levels of the local public service. The competitive examination system combines the assessment of merits with the passing of opposition tests, and the final selection fell upon the candidate who passed all phases of the process.

The appointed person is:

• Alejandro Nevado Ferrà, with DNI *6396, as a career civil servant of the Campos City Council.

The resolution is made public to comply with article 62 of the Royal Legislative Decree 5/2015, of October 30, which approves the revised text of the Law of the Basic Statute of the Public Employee, and article 56 of Law 3/2007, of March 27, of the public service of the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands. Appeals

Against the resolution, which ends the administrative route, the following appeals may be filed:

• Appeal for reversal (recurs de reposició) before the body that issued it, within a period of one month from the day following publication, in accordance with articles 123 and 124 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, of the common administrative procedure.
• Contentious-administrative appeal before the contentious-administrative Section of the Court of First Instance of Palma, within a period of two months, in accordance with article 46 of Law 29/1998, of July 13, of the contentious-administrative jurisdiction.

If the optional appeal for reversal is chosen, the contentious-administrative appeal cannot be filed until the former has been expressly resolved or its dismissal has occurred by administrative silence.
