Campo de Criptana abre subvenciones sociales para asociaciones con proyectos sociosanitarios

The City Council of Campo de Criptana, through the Department of Social Services, has announced grants for the 2026 fiscal year on a competitive basis, aimed at associations and entities that execute projects of a social and socio-sanitary nature in the municipality. The summary of the call is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ciudad Real number 180, dated September 18, 2026, with the identifier BDNS 929954 and announcement number 2974. The deadline for submitting applications is ten business days starting from the day following the publication of the summary.

The call is based on articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Law on Subsidies, which requires the publication of a summary and the submission of the full text to the National Database of Subsidies, which acts as the national advertising system. The full text and annexes can be consulted on the municipal transparency portal, the electronic notice board, and the electronic office, in addition to the public link of the call in the BDNS.

Eligible Groups and Projects

The call considers activities aimed at the following recipients:

  • People with disabilities, illnesses, and/or dependency.
  • Families, elderly people, and minors.
  • People without resources and in situations of social exclusion.
  • Community activities of a social and/or socio-sanitary nature aimed at the general population of the municipality.

The evaluation criteria are those contained within the call itself, the full details of which are referred to the text published in the National Database of Subsidies.

Who Can Apply and Requirements

Private non-profit entities that comply with article 13 of Law 38/2003 and, additionally, the following requirements, may be beneficiaries:

  • Have the registered office in the locality and be registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations with updated data, or prove that the process has been initiated during the publication period.
  • Be associations with a registered office outside the locality that have executed projects in the 2025 call in Campo de Criptana, provided that the new project is a continuation of the previous one and is not offered by a local entity.
  • Not have been beneficiaries in 2026 of nominative grants from the Campo de Criptana City Council through collaboration agreements.
  • Be up to date with tax and non-tax obligations to the City Council, the Tax Agency, and Social Security, and have no debts for the reimbursement of grants in the executive period.
  • In projects involving minors, possess the negative certifications from the Central Registry of Sexual Offenders for professionals and volunteers with regular contact with them, in accordance with Organic Law 1/1996, as amended by Law 26/2015.

Entities whose legal representative is the same as that of another applicant or beneficiary are excluded, in order to avoid duplication of applications and linked entities, as well as those that use sexist or discriminatory advertising in the dissemination of the subsidized activities.

Deadlines and processing

The period of ten business days is calculated from the day following the publication of the summary in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ciudad Real, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays in accordance with Article 30 of Law 39/2015, of October 1. The call will remain published during that period on the municipal website, the electronic notice board, and the transparency portal. The announcement appears signed by the Head of the B.O.P. Office, Pablo Salazar Sánchez, dated September 17, 2026.

The call reaches the Criptana associative fabric at a key moment for planning the course: entities working with disability, dependency, the elderly, minors, and families now have a formal framework and a fixed deadline to finance their programs, which conditions the continuity of activities serving the most vulnerable groups in the municipality.
