Por FactBox Admin

The Campiña Sur Rural Development Center has notified the withdrawal and inadmissibility of aid applications from the II Leader PEPAC 2023-2027 call for non-productive projects in the region. The resolution, signed on September 24, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of Extremadura (DOE) number 190, dated October 1, 2026, under reference 2026081605.
Regulatory Framework and Issuing Body
Decree 78/2024, of July 23 (DOE number 146, of July 29, 2024) regulates the aid system under the Leader methodology and its management procedure, within the Strategic Plan for the Common Agricultural Policy of Spain 2023-2027. This aid corresponds to Intervention 7119 Leader and is co-financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD), the Regional Government of Extremadura, and the General State Administration.
The resolutions are issued by the Executive Commission of the Campiña Sur Rural Development Center, the Local Action Group that manages the Participatory Local Development Strategy (EDLP) of the region. The announcement is signed in Azuaga by the president of the entity, Andrés Ortiz Chacón.
Six Withdrawal Resolutions in Five Municipalities
The annex of the announcement lists the withdrawal resolutions for applications processed in the II call for non-productive projects, all of which are municipally owned:
- City Council of Campillo de Llerena
- City Council of Valencia de las Torres
- City Council of Llera (two resolutions)
- City Council of Higuera de Llerena
- City Council of Usagre
The list contains six entries, as the City Council of Llera appears in two of them. The Tax Identification Numbers (NIF) appear partially hidden in the official publication.
Electronic Notification and Access to the File
Notification is carried out in accordance with Article 45 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Interested parties may consult the full text of the resolutions, using their personalized keys, through the individual notification processed on the LABOREO platform (https://aradoacceso.juntaex.es/).
Administrative Appeal within One Month
Against these resolutions, which do not end the administrative route, an administrative appeal (recurso de alzada) may be filed before the same body that issued them or before the competent body to resolve it within the Department competent in rural development matters. The deadline is one month starting from the day following the publication of the announcement, according to Articles 121 and 122 of Law 39/2015.
Other Resolutions from the Same Region
In the same issue of the DOE, two related announcements from the Campiña Sur Rural Development Center are published. The first (2026081606) notifies the withdrawal and inadmissibility of applications for the 1st call for productive projects, involving Oleícola Los Mellis, SL (two resolutions), Manuela Fernández Cruz, Jesús Monjo Rodríguez, Joaquín Bustamante Esquivel, Francisco Javier Albenca Bermejo, and Victoriano Juan Moreno Bustamante. The second (2026081607) notifies the provisional resolution proposal for the 1st call for investments in the transformation and marketing of agricultural products, involving Jamón y Salud, SA, S. Coop. Agricultores y Ganaderos de Ahillones, and Oleícola Los Mellis, SL.
The publication leaves the promoters of Campiña Sur without the planned EAFRD funding for their non-productive projects, unless the administrative appeal is successful. The announcement also sets a one-month deadline for the affected town halls to challenge resolutions that affect municipal investments in five towns within the region.
