Cambados: payment of fair prices for UFD electrical easements

The Department of Economy and Industry of the Xunta de Galicia, through its Territorial Department of Pontevedra, has set November 27, 2026, at 1:00 PM as the date and time for the payment of fair prices for the imposition of rights-of-way easements necessary to execute the project named LMTS CBD804 and CT A Modia, in the municipality of Cambados. This is established by the resolution of August 25, 2026, signed by the territorial director Beatriz López del Olmo, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Pontevedra (BOPPO) number 169, dated September 3, 2026.

The beneficiary of the expropriation is the company UFD Distribución Electricidad, S.A., and the file is processed under number IN407A 2023/067-4. The Expropriation Jury of Galicia has already notified the interested parties, the beneficiary company, and the territorial director herself of the agreements determining the fair prices for the establishment of the rights-of-way easements on the affected properties.

Legal framework and procedure

The payment is convened under article 48.1 of the Law of December 16, 1954, on compulsory expropriation, and articles 48.2 and 49 of its regulation, approved by decree on April 26, 1957. The meeting will take place at the town hall of Cambados, which is designated as the meeting place for the payment act.

The following parties must attend the act:

• The Mayor of the municipality of Cambados.
• The Secretary of the municipality.
• The representative of the Territorial Department of Pontevedra.
• The representative of the company benefiting from the expropriation.

Affected properties

The resolution includes an attached list of the properties subject to the rights-of-way easements. The first of these is identified by the cadastral reference 36006A008000780000OS, located in the area of Prado de Rocha, whose owner is listed as unknown.

The expropriated parties will receive a detailed settlement of the payment, and the minutes will record both the persons attending and any incidents that occur during the act.

Publication and notifications

The resolution will be communicated to the mayor of Cambados for its publication on the notice board of the town hall, and will be notified individually to those affected. The document carries the secure verification code QVWMVZ5TEM2OU2Q8, which allows its integrity to be verified on the electronic headquarters of the Deputación de Pontevedra.

The convening represents a decisive step for the execution of an electrical distribution infrastructure in the Salnés region, and guarantees the owners of the affected properties the collection of the economic compensation corresponding to them for the imposed easements, in a procedure resolved transparently and with individualized notification to each interested party.
