Camacho Recycling's dog shelter project presented to the public in Arrigorriaga

The Director of Environmental Administration of the Basque Government has made public the technical project and simplified environmental impact study presented by the company Camacho Recycling, S.L. for the management of non-hazardous waste in Arrigorriaga (Bizkaia). The single environmental authorization merges permits for waste production and management, discharges into collectors, public hydraulic domain, and public maritime-terrestrial domain, and emissions into the atmosphere, into a single administrative activity and a single administrative procedure, establishing emission limit values according to the applicable sectoral regulations.

According to Article 36 of the Law, after verifying that the request has been submitted and the documentation is complete, the project for the installation or activity will have a public information period, announced in the Official Gazette of the Basque Country and on the Basque Government’s electronic headquarters.

• The period for submitting allegations is 30 business days, starting from the day following the publication of the announcement in the BOPV.
• Documentation will be available on the electronic announcement board of the Basque Government’s electronic headquarters (https://www.euskadi.eus/tablon-electronico-anuncios).
• The announcement will also be notified to the municipality where the activity is located, so that it may be displayed on the municipal notice board.
