Calzada de Calatrava publishes the admitted candidates for the Rural Guard position

The City Council of Calzada de Calatrava has approved the final list of admitted candidates to fill, through a competitive examination process (concurso-oposición) in the open category, one permanent labor staff position in the category of Rural Guard, vacant in its personnel roster. The decision was adopted by Mayoral Decree No. 317, dated September 11, 2026, and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ciudad Real number 177, dated September 15, 2026, under file no. 1372/2026.

The call for applications is framed within the rules published in the BOP number 115, dated June 19, 2026. According to the announcement, there are no excluded applicants; therefore, the list of admitted candidates is final, and applicants are summoned to the first test of the examination phase.

The process, processed under file no. 1372/2026, has a total of ten admitted applicants, all in the open category and without exclusions. The final list consists of the following candidates:

First examination test

The first test of the examination phase will consist of a theoretical knowledge test, which will take place on October 8, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Multipurpose Social Center of the Calzada de Calatrava City Council, located at calle Empedrada, 37.

Applicants must attend the summons at the designated place, date, and time to take the test, in accordance with the provisions established in the regulatory bases of the selection process.

Qualifying Tribunal

The announcement also establishes the composition of the Qualifying Tribunal responsible for evaluating the tests, composed of the following members:

• President: Manuel Espinosa Caballero, official of the Calzada de Calatrava City Council.
• Substitute President: Gema Cabezas Mira, secretary of the Argamasilla de Calatrava City Council.
• Secretary: Lucía García Sobrino, official of the Calzada de Calatrava City Council.
• Substitute Secretary: Mª Nieves Plata Carretero, permanent labor staff of the Calzada de Calatrava City Council.
• Members: Pablo Fernández Ruiz and Rubén Fernández Díaz, officials of the Calzada de Calatrava City Council, and Juan Carlos García Sánchez, secretary-auditor of the Aldea del Rey City Council.
• Substitute Members: Gloria Trujillo Sánchez, Salvador Parrilla Sánchez, and Ricardo Sánchez Lucas, officials of the Calzada de Calatrava City Council.
