Callosa de Segura nombra fijos a dieciséis laborales de limpieza y residuos

The Callosa de Segura City Council has made public the appointments as permanent contractual staff of sixteen workers assigned to street cleaning, mechanical sweeping, and urban solid waste (USW) collection. The complete list is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Alicante (BOP) No. 210, dated November 4, 2026, in section III. Local Administration, within the edict with reference 8533/2026 (pages 1 to 4). The appointments are issued by the Department of Personnel through resolutions signed in July and September 2026, at the proposal of the qualifying tribunal of the selective tests.

The framework: stabilization of temporary employment

All positions are included in the extraordinary stabilization process and belong to the Professional Group, with the functions and conditions specific to each post. The edict is published in compliance with article 62.1b) of Royal Legislative Decree 5/2015, of October 30, which approves the Revised Text of the Law of the Basic Statute of the Public Employee, and article 68.1b) of Law 4/2021, of April 16, of the Generalitat, on the Valencian Public Service.

The appointments are structured in five resolutions from the Department of Personnel. Four of them were issued on July 24, 2026 (2026-1268, 2026-1269, 2026-1270, and 2026-1271) and a fifth on September 18, 2026 (2026-1566). The decrees use the resolution numbers as the official identifier in the gazette, and the national identity documents appear partially hidden.

Resolution 2026-1268, dated July 24, 2026, appoints six people as permanent contractual staff in the position of street cleaning laborer, full-time:

  • Francisco Maciá Berná
  • José Antonio Gonzalez Sánchez

Mechanical sweeping and USW driving

Resolution 2026-1269 covers three positions for sweeper-blower operator, all full-time: Sixto Manuel Rodríguez Gil, Jesús Diego Martínez Martínez, and Juan Antonio Aznar Bascuñana.

Resolution 2026-1271 appoints four USW collection driver-laborers: José Cruz Garrido Gallardo, Roberto Belmonte Cartagena, Vladimir Darev Daraev, and Sergio Aguilar Javaloy. In these four cases, the edict does not detail the working hours regime.

Waste collection laborers and a subsequent incorporation

Resolution 2026-1270, dated July 24, 2026, appoints two MSW (Municipal Solid Waste) collection laborers on a full-time basis: Antonio Joaquín Pacheco Navarro and José Antonio Berna Segura. Joining them in September is Miguel Soria Mogica, appointed by resolution 2026-1566, dated September 18, 2026, for the same category and also on a full-time basis.

The edict is signed by the mayor-president, Juan Antonio Franco Amorós, and is disseminated “for general knowledge and appropriate purposes.” With these additions, the City Council consolidates the coverage of cleaning and waste collection services through personnel with permanent employment ties, affecting both the municipal workforce and the candidates who participated in the selection process.
