Calamocha sets September 28 to expropriate estates for the new bridge

The Official Gazette of Aragon (number 161, of August 20, 2026) publishes the Resolution of July 31, 2026 of the Director General of Roads and Infrastructure, Miguel Ángel Arminio Pérez, which sets September 28, 2026 for the drawing up of the minutes prior to the occupation of the properties affected by the compulsory expropriation proceedings for the project “New bridge on road A-1507, at kilometer point 1+160, in the municipality of Calamocha (Teruel)”.

The resolution, identified with the official reference BOA20260820019, is part of the processing of a road work promoted by the Department of Housing, Public Works, Logistics and Territorial Cohesion of the Government of Aragon.

Background of the proceedings

The project was approved on July 30, 2025 by the Minister of Public Works, Housing, Logistics and Territorial Cohesion, and the Provincial Sub-directorate of Roads of Teruel carried out the public information process regarding the affected assets and rights. The list was published in the Official Gazette of Aragon number 85, of May 7, 2026, with a period of twenty business days for allegations.

Appearance of the affected parties

On the appointed day, the holders of all types of rights over the properties must appear at the Town Hall of Calamocha (Teruel), at the date and time indicated in the individual notifications, for the drawing up of the prior minutes. Affected parties may attend personally or be represented by a duly authorized person, providing their National Identity Document and documents proving ownership.

• They may be accompanied, at their own expense, by their experts and a Notary.
• The representative of the Administration, the expert of the Administration, and the Mayor of the Town Hall or the councilor to whom they delegate will attend the act.
• In cases of mutual agreement, the proceedings will be concluded, in accordance with article 24 of the expropriation law.

Affected properties and owners

The annex of the resolution contains the list of affected assets and rights, including their cadastral references and areas of permanent and temporary occupation. Among the owners are Actividades Formativas El Bosque, S.A., Pavimentos Puertolas SL, María Pilar Pardos Vicente, Jesús Puertolas Bachiller, Santiago Serraller Manzorro, María Isabel García Alpeñes, José Carlos Alpeñes López, José Miguel Gamón Pamplona, Armando Gonzalo León Martín, and Carmen Martín Sánchez (heirs of).

Those who, being holders of real rights or economic interests in the assets, may have been omitted from the stated list may submit written allegations to the Provincial Sub-directorate of Roads of Teruel (calle San Francisco, 1, 50001 Teruel) until the date of the drawing up of the respective preliminary record, solely for the purpose of correcting possible errors.
