The City Council of Cabezas de Alambre has called for a public auction for the disposal of the stone pine cone harvest from public utility forest no. 27, corresponding to the year 2026. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ávila number 1827/26, dated September 16, 2026, and bids may be submitted until 10:30 AM on September 29.
The tender, approved by Resolution of the Mayor’s Office, is processed in accordance with the Procurement Regulations for Local Corporations, and the specifications are available for review and claims at the municipal offices for eight days.
Object and conditions of the lot
The harvest is organized into a single lot identified as AV-FRU-0565-2026, consisting of the collection of stone pine or albar cones (Pinus pinea L.) from public utility forest no. 27.
- Harvest weight: 5,000 kg.
- Unit valuation: €0.25/kg.
- Minimum total disposal price: €1,250.00.
- Modality: at risk and venture, with the possibility of collection using vibrating machines according to the complementary technical specifications.
- Execution period and timeframe: from November 11, 2026, to April 10, 2027.
Submission of bids and holding of the auction
Proposals must be submitted to the City Council Secretariat during office hours, before the closing of the bidding period. The auction will be held at the municipal offices on September 29, 2026, at 10:30 AM.
In the event that the first auction remains vacant, a new period for the submission of proposals will be opened until October 6, 2026, at 10:00 AM, with the second auction taking place on the same day at 10:00 AM at the City Council offices.
Guarantees and signature
The person or entity awarded the contract must provide a definitive guarantee of 4% of the award value. The announcement is signed by the mayor, Patricia Jiménez Saéz, dated September 9, 2026.
